A newly appointed CEO of a non-profit organization who was hired to implement changes in the overall strategic direction of the organization. This required a change in key personnel as well as changes in development practices. Coaching helped the executive create strategies for interfacing with the board of directors, set priorities for the organization, determine staffing requirements, and establish appropriate boundaries for personal success.
