An executive whose company was acquired and being merged into a new larger organization. Not only was the culture different, but he had to adjust to process, policy and autonomy changes. He found this stressful and challenging and used coaching as a way to explore the new environment and for charting his new course. Coaching helped him find “his voice” in the new organization while ensuring the success of his move and business.
